Shipping policy

United States shipping

We ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase. This policy includes the 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Available delivery options are shown at checkout. We do not offer international shipping.

Processing and delivery estimates

Order processing takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated Standard transit is 3–5 business days. The total estimated processing and transit time is 4–7 business days. Processing and transit business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

The daily order cutoff is 3:00 PM Eastern Time (America/New_York). Orders placed after the cutoff or on a non-business day begin processing on the next business day. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier, weather or address issues may cause delays.

Your address and order updates

Check your complete shipping address before placing an order. If a correction is needed, contact us promptly with your order number. Changes depend on the order's processing status and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Use the shipment information provided with your order for updates. If delivery appears delayed or incorrect, contact us so we can investigate.
