Where do you ship?
We ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
When should I expect my order?
Processing takes 1–2 business days and estimated transit after dispatch takes 3–5 business days, for a total estimate of 4–7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Our cutoff is 3:00 PM Eastern Time. Arrival dates are estimates.
How do I choose a size?
Choose from the sizes listed on the product page. Measure your bust, waist and hips, allow comfortable room, and use the manufacturer's guide where provided. Different styles may fit differently. Fit and Care explains how to measure.
What comes with my purchase?
The product description specifies the included garment or set. Pajama sets include the listed top and pants. Styling accessories and room props are not included.
Can I return an item?
Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. For change-of-mind returns, garments must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping; we pay return shipping for confirmed merchant errors or defective items. There is no restocking fee. See Returns and Refunds.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery with your order number and photographs. We pay applicable return shipping for confirmed merchant errors or defects; statutory rights are not limited.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us promptly. Changes, exchanges and cancellations depend on order status and cannot be guaranteed. See Payment and Cancellations.
Do you sell children's sleepwear?
No. Our range is intended for adults.
