Prices and payment

Our store prices and checkout are in U.S. dollars (USD). The payment options available for your order are displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout. Standard shipping within the United States is free, with no minimum order.

Cancellations and changes

To request a cancellation, address correction or item change, contact info@robespot.com promptly with your order number. We assess requests according to the order's processing and shipping status. A request is not a guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made.

Exchanges

Contact us before arranging an exchange. Availability and order status affect what we can offer. If an exchange is not available, an eligible item can be returned under our Returns and Refunds policy and a separate order can be placed for another item.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after a return is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time. Do not share card details by email or through the contact form.
